Have just opened an email from Larry saying "The completed painting from Monday, Dinham Bridge with Ludlow Castle in the background. I am not that pleased with this one having lost some transparency and in places starting to go muddy. I will definitely paint it again some time as I do like the zig zag composition, up the river, over the bridge and back along the castle before dropping back to the left side of the bridge.
Hopefully see you all on the 19th, if for any reason I do not get there have a very merry Xmas and a happy New Year."

Thanks for this Larry, it is not that bad but I can see what you mean and agree about the composition being dynamic, it is certainly worth painting again.
