February already, and the first post comes from Lesley M, she says, "I've finally got round to photographing some paintings today. Unfortunately the slight blue of the glass roof has affected the colours, particularly on the drawings but when it was bright and sunny it was far too windy to take them outside to photograph.

The first is Fly Agaric and I have no idea what type of fungi the blue one is but I found the photographs on Pixabay, I combined two different photos to do the Fly Agaric.

The next is a drawing of leaves and the last is a drawing of bracket fungi taken from Matt Thomas's photos. Eva's son, Matt, in Japan has allowed me access to all of his wonderful photographs of fungi so I'm basically in heaven!"
